Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational teams and divisional marketers to create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the formulation of comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans, encompassing digital, social, and traditional media.
- Define success metrics and reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the Vice President of Communications to establish a unified communications strategy.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to create impactful marketing programs.
- Lead marketing strategies for new student-oriented programs and revenue-generating initiatives, measuring their success.
- Contribute to client reporting through regular business reviews that illustrate the value of partnerships.
- Foster collaboration across departments to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy development.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing team, ensuring ongoing performance evaluation for continuous improvement.
